The Scenes and the Blessing on the Atarah (Neck Band) are hand painted.
The blessing on the Atarah (Neckband) is in Hebrew and translates to:
Blessed are You, Lord, Our God, King of the Universe, Who has sanctified us with His commandments, And has commanded us to wrap (oneself) with the fringes.
